The BuildConsult team were engaged to provide construction management labour to assist in delivering the project. This included the provision of a contracts administrator / project engineer. BuildConsult oversaw tasks such as administering the subcontract, purchase orders, delivery organisation, site coordination and more. Towards the back end of the project, BuildConsult were heavily involved in complying OC documentation, Operation and Maintenance manuals and detailed Green Star submissions. BuildConsult were able to integrate into the Hunter Mason team seamlessly, adapting to the systems and procedures to deliver the project to the clients satisfaction.
