Ben Salzmann
Director

Ben brings more than 25 years industry expertise and extensive experience in delivering complex fit-out and refurbishment projects within the commercial, heritage, hotel, and hospitality sectors.

Ben’s working career has been with some of the most reputable construction firms in Australia including Probuild, Buildcorp, Built and Lend Lease. Having been both a builder and consultant, it provides him with a unique understanding of the problems encountered by his clients and the often-complex solutions required to solve them.

Ben utilises solid business acumen and analytical skills to provide clear vision and direction to drive strong business growth and profitability. Ben prides himself on his solid communications skills and the ability to create a positive team culture to maximise productivity and quality.

Connor Matthews
Director

Connor carries an extensive ability to lead, adapt and find ways that make project procurement, contracts, operations and control inherently more efficient.

Bringing to the business vital experience in project engineering, coordination, contracts administration and design coordination. Connor has worked predominantly within the commercial sector, having been one of the major players in the Ribbon W Hotel high end base build and fitout contract. His works also include a commercial fitout for one of Australia’s big four banks, on a contract worth $35 million and another $100 million + government project in the Sydney CBD.

He has an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with all key stakeholders, getting the best out of every team member he works with.
