The BuildConsult team were engaged to provide construction management labour to assist the client in delivering the project. This included the provision of a site manager, a total of three contracts administrators and a project engineer. BuildConsult were able to integrate into the Renascent team seamlessly, adapting to the systems and procedures to deliver the project the way the client wanted it.
