The BuildConsult team were engaged to provide construction management labour to assist in the completion of this project. This included the provision of a site a contract administrator / site engineer, who were able to integrate into the Hunter Mason team seamlessly, adapting to the systems and procedures to deliver the project. BuildConsult’s extensive knowledge in authority approvals were relied upon for this fit out process. Numerous Complying Development Certificates and Construction Certificates had to be carefully managed to align with the project timelines across multiple levels. BuildConsult were also engaged to manage tender recommendations, subcontractor onboarding, claims and client inspections & walkthroughs. BuildConsult are heavily involved with the defecting process, OC documentation and handover stages of this project.
